  Student Organization Late Night Events

  Hello everyone,?

  I am doing a little benchmarking here today. I am looking to meet with/hear some feedback on how institutions manage late night events for student organizations. We allow student organizations to host large events (up to 950 people) in our recreation center. Since we are out in a rural town this is the source of some entertainment for some of our students at night in a safe environment. We have policies that are already implemented, however, I am looking for more specific information? on how much security you will usually have, what responsibilities do you have the students do during the event, if they are selling tickets when do you cut off ticket sales, etc…?

  Any information you can provide here would be great but also if you are willing to meet for me to do follow up questions or even meet with our event committee would be extremely helpful too.?
