  Student government leadership and pay/stipend/scholarship

  We are looking to move our student government leadership positions from stipend to hourly.? Any schools that have done this with any words of advice?? If you are currently paying them a stipend (and plan on continuing to do so) how are you working with your payroll office to have them exempt from FLSA?
