  Introducing the Undergraduate Student Trail at the 2024 ACUI Annual Conference

  Colleagues,

  The 2024 ACUI Annual Conference in Denver will focus our time together around the following pillars:
  1. Connections and Community
  2. Sustainability
  3. Belonging and Affirming Spaces

  With these in mind, we are curating experiences for learning and connecting among affinity groups including newcomers, undergraduate students, graduate/professional students, new professionals, and senior leaders.

  Thinking about inviting an undergraduate student to join us in March? We recognize undergraduate students may have unique needs and interests for their time in Denver. Below is an overview of a specially-designed schedule to ensure undergraduate student attendees can make the most of their conference experience.

  The Undergraduate Student Trail

  • Undergraduate Student Welcome on Conference Day 1

  • Extended workshop specially-designed for undergraduate student attendees to build career readiness competencies and explore the field of student affairs

  • How do you Expo? Overview for navigating the ACUI Expo as a student attendee

  • Career Center Tour geared towards undergraduate students

  • Highlighted educational session especially pertinent for undergraduate students in each ed session block throughout the conference

  • Undergraduate Student Closing Session during the final educational session block to debrief experiences and provide tips for applying what they have learned to their time back on their home campus
