Hi Jessi-

Here is the standard line that is in our student organization constitution template – they can be Associate Members.? We have some rules as to what Associate Members are allowed to do and the organization can expand upon that if they wish.

All University of Rochester faculty, staff, graduate students, and Eastman students shall be eligible for associate members, but are not eligible to hold an officer position.? Graduate students, faculty, and staff are not eligible to perform, compete, nor travel as apart of a college student organization.
