Hi everyone,
I am a GA at Missouri State University and am over the training and organizational development for student employees at our student union. Currently, I am working on developing an assessment calendar for various departments and was wondering if anyone has any insight on something of this nature? As of now, employees do a pre and post assessment for the trainings that occur at the start of the school year, but not too much beyond that. We are looking to implement perhaps small assessments during the semesters, to evaluate continuous learning and gaps of knowledge, in addition to surveys to evaluate engagement levels and more.?
I would appreciate any input anyone has on the types of assessments they do with their student-employees or if anyone has attempted to develop a calendar of sorts for assessments & surveys throughout the academic year.
