Sorry for the late response! I will definitely share presentations that I’ve had later today, but wanted to share an exercise that I just did this week with the staff. I had them at different tables, with about 4-5 staff at each table and had them write a customer service philosophy to lead our session. It was really great to hear their perspective and then we spoke about them and how they connected to how we want to be treating people.
