My name is Massy, and I have 2 full time jobs!? I’m a Student Affairs professional and a Montessori parent (Ben’s 3.5 years old).?I am reaching out because I would like to start learning and including Montessori pedagogy with our student staff (specifically in the 4th plane of development).? I presented a?session last year (Boston) on how Montessori principles can be the foundations of our workplace as we onboard and training staff members; we have the privileged to “prepare our Unions” daily for our teams and Campus community.?I have the pleasure to work with ~40 college students and would love to support them with Maria as a mentor.? I would really appreciate a little guidance and suggestions on literature that could guide me/us a starting point.I look forward to hearing from you and begin a “Monti Thread”——————————
