I supervise a student Marketing Team within my department and have had the amazing opportunity to build the team from 2 students up to 12 🙂 We now have graphic designers, photographer/videographers, and marketing assistants. Attached are our student job descriptions.?
As for social media – we’re careful to evaluate each request for access to our accounts, but have shared it in the past for various takeovers and coverage. Right now, accounts are most regularly monitored and managed by myself & a Graduate Coordinator. With that said, we don’t use a contract per se for students to access the accounts, but we do provide training around expectations, policies, brand strategy, best practices, etc. Additionally, we change the password 3-4 times per semester.?
