  I’m working on revising our “Leaders in Training” form.? This is completed by those interested in leadership positions.? The form has a list of training/exercises to prepare them when leadership positions (Team Leads/Manager) become available.?

  I’m reviewing and reviewing the process and would love to hear about how you are preparing your team to take on leadership positions and the type of professional development you offer for those in leadership positions.?
