  Customer Service Philosophy

  Hi all!

  I am curious if any of your departments have developed a customer service philosophy. We are beginning the process of developing one for our department that will align with our mission, vision, and values. I was curious what others have in place, if anything. I have seen a few threads with awesome training materials, but I am hoping to gain inspiration on what you use as a guiding principle for these trainings. Thanks in advance!
