  Assessment of Supervisory Skills

  Hello All:

  I am searching for an assessment tool for the supervisory skill set for staff. Does anyone have anything currently in use? We last did a great deal of supervisory assessments via a 360 evaluation a few years ago, but I am not confident that tool will be the best option for us while focused on both students and professional staff that supervise student employees.?

  I need to reformat the 360 evaluation, and will be happy to share what we have used once I have reformatted it.
