Bob and whomever else might be looking on,
I was not a part of a small school professionals gathering in Boston, but the CPT did a wonderful job of setting up the adventure series which included a tour of Bentley University’s student center and hockey arena. That was a great opportunity to talk small school stuff with folks from all over. I agree that the tour has always been great for me as a small school person.?
And as is normal, just through the course of the conference, small school folks connected when they stumbled upon each other. Perhaps the serendipitous method is the most effect afterall.

Michael,
Did you find a gathering of small school folks at the conference? Gatherings in sessions, visiting a small campus(es), eating together and exchanging ideas with peers was always a conference highlight for me. I’m unsure whether the community has leadership at the moment to coordinate plans.

Friends with Many Hats,
I am looking forward to the conference in Boston and am hoping that small school professionals are planning to gather somewhere at some point. I may have missed the memo, but if it is happening, I would like to attend. If it is not yet planned, I will keep my eyes pealed.
