  Supplemental Funds

  Hi everyone,

  University Union (UU) is the official programming board of Syracuse University. UU hosts a wide variety of entertainment and events for students, but it’s best known for its annual fall music festival, Juice Jam, and its full-day music event in the spring, the Block Party. We typically, have a carry over/supplemental reserve fund each year. I am trying to establish a clear and effect process for UU to distribute these funds. I dont want them to simple use it all just because it is available. I want to create a structure for requesting and distributing our reserved funds. If you can share how your institution or others go about distributing supplemental funds for their programing board.?
