Greetings all:
I’m curious if anyone has developed a shared list of expectations that student supervisors utilize to help with managing their roles as supervisors. For example, if you have a few staff members supervising student staff, what are all the non-negotiable items that the team agrees to do and follow as part of supervising the student team? What are the checks and balances, etc.?
We are in the process of drafting some clear items and wanted to see what out there has been helpful for others. Thanks!?
