  Student Reservations Advisory Board

  We are looking at starting an advisory board for feedback from our students on our Facilities Reservations operation.? We would be looking for feed back from student organizations that fall under both Student Affairs and Academics.? We are the central scheduling office so we review and approve the use of facilities inside the Student Union and Academic/Auxiliary buildings.? We do not schedule the athletic facilities.? Our Center for Student Involvement and Leadership office works with their orgs to help with planning and risk management and “approve” events before our office can confirm venues.? So we are looking for feedback on the entire process and the experience from starting the request online, ordering services, getting “approved” and receiving the venue confirmation.

  I’m wondering if anyone else has a similar type of advisory board for feedback on just the reservation process and access to venues.? Any info about the makeup of the board, charter/mission statement, etc.? would be helpful.? I also welcome any suggestions for other methods to gather this type of feedback.
