For a few years now, we’ve been using Audience View Campus (formerly known as University Tickets or UTIX). Its compatible with TouchNet and SSO, very customizable, and the reporting is a great plus! Here is the link to check them out:

Hello all,
I am an Assistant Director in Student Activities at the University of Notre Dame and I deal with facilities snad event production.  I am in the process of researching online ticketing systems and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations.  We do not have a system currently .  We need a system to do general admission tickets to our events across campus.  Preferably one that can communicate with TouchNet.  We just want to be able to do electronic tickets.  I appreciate any and all recommendations.

We also use AudienceView at the University of Rochester. When they were University Tickets I could not say enough great things about them. Things are still good as Audience View but their customer service now leaves something to be desired (at least that has been our experience). The price has gone up considerably too. That being said, they can fully integrate with a lot of different payment gateways (which I’m assuming that might be what TouchNet is). They do electronic tickets but you have to purchase or rent their scanners if you want to be able to scan them. We determined that was too costly for us so we have stuck with the printed ticket route.?

Their ticketing system is probably the best in terms of higher ed focused ticket sales but they are not without their flaws.
