  First time professionals

  Hello,

  We, Illini Union at the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana, are working on restructuring our staffing and would like to get an idea on what graduate programs are more focused on student union operations, event services, and AV services. The intent is to tailor our positions to be a good option for first time professionals. We would like to get some feedback from not only from ACUI professionals but also from the people that coordinate those programs. Any insight is appreciated.
