  Fermented Food & Beverage Policy

  Hello Friends,

  A few students at my institution want to establish a fermented food student organization, but we do not have a set-in-stone policy. I am currently reviewing with our food service provider and risk management office. Does your institution have a policy on fermented food and beverage??
