Hi everyone,

The Division of Campus Life at Wake Forest has instituted a new staff orientation.  This is in addition to the university-wide orientation and is designed just for Campus Life staff.  We are looking to make some improvements and collect feedback from other institutions with similar programs.  Does anyone have a division-specific orientation for their staff in campus life/student life/student affairs?  If so, could you share who manages that program?

We have a Divisional orientation that is completed about once per quarter. It is organized by our Student Life Talent Management Lead with a committee of 3 people to assist in the planning, implementation and assessment of it. This is also one of the options through our Student Life Professional Development series that we have offered at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.?
