Hello! We are researching software that we can use to capture data during rounds of our student centers and other areas. Ideally, we would like the software to provide us with a customizable form that student and professional staff can use to let us know about the status of our spaces and help to identify facilities needs. Bonus points if the software is easy to convert into work orders!
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Erika,
Within our rec facility at the Cal State University, Northridge, we use Connect2 Concepts to capture data not only during rounds but also file incident/accident reports, work orders, and track employee tasks. They offer customization to build out forms/surveys based on your needs and setup communications channels to send reports to specific individuals. Here is the link to their site to learn more.

We also use Connect2. I can't speak highly enough of how it significantly improves operational efficiency and communication among staff. Game changer.
