  For those who attended the hot topics session at the Annual Conference, you know we touched on the various decisions affecting DEI across the nation. It was an opportunity to hold space for those concerned with the legislative decisions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.

  If you have not seen the legislative tracker created by the Chronicle, please check it out. This tool lists the states and legislative actions that affect DEI instruction, statements (hiring), offices, and hiring/admissions statements.

  This is news worth following and sharing with others who may be affected by pending decisions.
