Hello everyone, I am currently work with my Greek Life Assistant Director and Equity Access team to develop a policy that will protect our trans students who may want to join a fraternity or sorority. While I have found some current policies from a few different national Greek Lettered organizations, I was hoping to see if anyone has a policy that was already active on your campus. We are trying to be proactive and make sure we are ready to support our first openly trans Greek student when the time comes. Any help or advice would be great.?

    Good afternoon Coleman,?

I just shared your post with our Program Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs and she said a great resource to check out is the University of Rochester’s Fraternity and Sorority Affairs website and that the Director, John DiSarro, is a great person to connect with.? Hope this helps!
