Hi Stacey!

In my experience, the spring time is usually a very busy time and the summer is usually hard to predict, scheduling wise. There may be more opportunities for work such as additional work hours, etc that would take priority in some decisions (at least in mine). I found that before the summer was the best time for me to apply. But also opening the MHB application was early as possible may help too!

Hello all,

I’d like some feedback on the MHB internship timing. The goal in 2022 was to present the selected intern at the conference, but we did not have an applicant until a month AFTER conference. 

Based on your experience (work, school, life), when is the best time to apply for internships? I want to be sure we publish the opportunity at the right time to give the applicants sufficient time to prepare.
