I’m seeking data collection information for Unions/Center with Hotels.  If you have a university hotel within your operations, how are you tracking what reason guest stay on campus.  Interviews, guest of university, alumni, family weekend etc?  I am exploring an effective way to capture that data.  Whether if it’s on an intake form, or if its a question upon check in or a post stay survey.
