    Hi all,

With Kronos down indefinitely, we are looking at different options. Spring classed do not start until the 1/24 so we plan on utilizing Google forms /sheets but need something more secure moving forward. Obviously, we do not want to spend a lot of money as we may have to go back to Kronos if they ever get “unhacked”.? But at the same time, I am actually concerned that our high tech oriented students are going to have some issues with an old school punch time clock.? We have about 20 students right now but will go back up to close to 100 by the 24th. Our friends in Rec Sports are also interested and they have well over 300 student employees.? What are you all using that we could deploy in the next three weeks????

Many thanks (and Happy New Year)
    Alison

    Hey Allison,?

I’m not sure if this would be something for you guys to consider, but we at the student union at UofSC use SubitUp for all of our scheduling needs but one of the things we love about it is that it includes it’s own timeclock. I doubt that you all might be interested in changing over your systems completely to get to that, but as you all are considering options I figured I’d share what we do as SubitUp has been a great tool for us.
