Hi Michael!

Due to the way our building was funded, we don’t charge internal groups at any point in the year for space use. We give camps and conferences priority in scheduling spaces. I think we are making some minor tweaks in the coming year, but you can find our rates in the pricing guide (2nd link on policy page). If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out!

Good morning ACUI,
My name is Michael McKean, I am the Director of the Rayburn Student Center at Texas A & M Commerce.  Part of my duties involve managing summer camps on campus.  I am working on internal/external reservation rates specifically for summer camps.  Summer camps tend to be harder on our facilities, in turn we want to capture revenue that will assist with the maintenance involved with hosting large groups.  I am hoping student center/unions who host camps during the summer can share pricing structure with me.
