Service Buttons in Conference/Event Venues

I am exploring the possibility of installing “service buttons” in some of my large programming spaces. Our facility is four floors with programming spaces on the far sides of hallway ends. During large events where multiple spaces are used at? once,? my staff is often called away from the front desk to assist guests. This has left our desk empty and we’re often at risk of someone coming to the desk only to find no one there to assist.?

The idea would be to have a button in the programming spaces that once pushed by a client, would transmit a notification to the staff who can respond based on where (e.g. venue or room) the notification came from. I have reached out to Long Range Solutions (LLC) am awaiting quotes but wanted to see if anyone has these in the buildings, had experience with a specific vendor, etc. ?

I had previously investigated (in a former role) a push button solution that would work with our two-way radios.? Similar to when you are in target and push one of the help buttons, a message goes out over the radio “assistance has been requested in aisle 12.”? In our application, it would have been something like “Client has requested AV assistance in room 203.”

I had previously found a two button solution that would have allowed two different requests/messages.? But here is the idea in a one button solution:
