I updated our rental rates at Gannon last year when I arrived…but they’re very “loose.”? What I mean by that is that we’re often asked to comp spaces because of some sort of affiliation with someone on campus – and there is little appetite on our campus to appear non-community focused.

At any rate, I’ve attached our pricing structure.? We DO utilize a tiered structure – when we’re able to.? We do not charge for AV/tech equipment.? We’ll do whatever they want that is within our capabilities, production-wise.? We are centrally-funded by the university and, right now, do not have an budgeted expectation for revenue generation.??

Hi Kim,

We also use a tiered structure and have 4 affiliation groups: Recognized Student Organization, Campus Departments, Non-Profit/Affiliate, and External. I have attached reference sheets for each affiliation (that includes general notes/policies associated) as well as charts that show equipment that comes ‘standard’ in each room and equipment that is available at an additional cost.

HI Kim,

We updated our customer definitions and room rates this year. We don’t charge student groups rental fees. All equipment and custodial is included in our room rental (besides AV for private groups), but folks pay for all set up and technician costs.
