    Good afternoon -?

I have a quick question to ask the group, would you be willing to share your departmental organizational charts? As we in higher ed continue to have to find ways to do more with less, I am often intrigued by the way different universities structure their areas. Thanks!?

We do not have an official org chart, but my office is Student Engagement, we have an executive director and four units. Events and Technical Services, Leadership/RSOs, Student Events/Activities and Operations. Each unit/area has an associate director overseeing.?
I oversee operations, so two student centers, a small event facility, outdoor spaces and all non-academic classroom usage for campus. I have two assistant directors, one focused on reservations and events, and the other on student employment and development. I have two operations coordinators, supporting the two buildings operations and student staffing. I have an admin, two graduate student managers, four student lead managers, and about 45 building managers/information attendants.?
