    Good morning ACUI!

We recently revamped our customer service satisfaction survey with the goal of getting a higher response rate. We send these to any event organizers who have had reservations in our spaces. As the semester is about to start, I am wondering how often others send out your surveys? Has there been a frequency/timing that has worked for you to get more responses??

Also, if there is anything else you were able to do that increased the amount of responses you got, I would love to hear about it!

    Thank you!

    Hello Brielle,

Our campus uses the reservation system, Mazevo. We have built in a satisfaction survey that is auto-sent by the system one day after each scheduled reservation to the listed contact on the reservation. Our response rate has been “okay” but with all surveys people want to either communicate a really good experience or a really negative experience so we see waves. Last year as an incentinve, we worked with our dining partners and offered guests 10% off their next catering order if they completed the survey. While we no longer offered this it was successful and we did see some users take advantage of it.
