I would like to discuss the responsibilities for cleaning and maintenance in the food service areas. I understand that some of this may depend on contractual agreements. Could you clarify what responsibilities fall under facilities operations, custodial, and maintenance, and what responsibilities belong to the food service vendors? Minor repairs include cabinets, light bulb changeout, minor plumbing fixture repair (i.e. dripping faucet), minor door/lock adjustments, HVAC vent cleaning, dusting, and high dusting, painting, etc. Do your food vendors have utility crews, and what is their responsibility?
