  Event/Scheduling Software

  Hello,?

  My name is Tyler Jarrett. I am the University Student Common’s Assistant Director for Event Services at Virginia Commonwealth University, located in Richmond, VA.?

  Like many campuses, we currently use EMS to schedule events and meetings. Our unit helps to support the system campus-wide, but we have been interested in whether it is the best software for our operations and event needs for our three student centers.

  We have been interested in the Mazvo system and were interested to know if other Unions or campuses switched from EMS or another system to Mazevo. I have a few questions below, and I will be at the Conference next week. I am happy to meet up and discuss with anyone else who will be there and is currently making a switch or using the system.?

  • How was the transition?
  • What do you like about the system?
  • What do you not like about the system??
  • Are you the admin of the system? If not, who on campus administers the system??
