    Hello,

Our university administration is exploring a ban on electric scooters in campus buildings. I am curious if anyone has had success in creating a rack system that would allow students to secure their scooters outside?

I am also interested in learning of any other universities that have successfully banned electric scooters from buildings or campus.

    Thanks!

    Mike

    Mike,

I’m wondering if a bike locker would work. Our campus doesn’t have them but the city does. I will put a link below to what I’m talking about. They are basically like mini sheds or cages that a bike would fit in. There might be smaller options for scooters, longboards, etc. Most of the ones I have seen come with built-in combination locks that students can choose.

    I hope this helps.
