I don’t know if it counts as a small change, because it wasn’t the cheapest thing in the world, but we recently repotted all of the plants in one of our buildings and added a couple more plants to spots that were bare. They hadn’t been touched in what we assume is decades. They are now University colors, match the aesthetic of the building, and we’ve already gotten compliments from students who appreciate the improvement. Sometimes a little refresh goes a long way.
