The 3 union facilities at JMU use a Visix display system.? Our version is wireless, and battery operated, so it fits well with our older facility. I’d be happy to send more info if you are interested.

We use Amazon Fires outside our rooms, synced over wifi to 7PointOps which is in turn synced with 25Live. Similar to Kim they show a list of events for the day. We also have tablets outside each elevator that show a building wide list of events.

We have tablets outside each of our rooms – conference rooms and classrooms, that are populated with information pulled from EMS.? The tablet show what is scheduled in each room daily.??

Good Morning,
The rates at Missouri State are as follows:
- $5/hr (with a sliding scale for additional hours) for esports PC usage
- $100/hr for exclusive use of facility for on-campus groups
- $200/hr for exclusive use of facility for off-campus groups

Great seeing many of you in Denver. Now back to our regularly-scheduled programming… =)
We are exploring renting out our e-sports lounge to externals during slow times. We’ve got 20 gaming stations for content. Does anyone have a sample rental rate structure they would be up for sharing?
