  Campus Supports Help Save LGBTQ+ Lives

  I read this article to begin my day and it got me to thinking how lucky I was to attend a university that provided resources for me as an out LGBTQ+ individual. From 10 free counseling sessions a semester (I only wish I took advantage sooner), an LGBTQ+ support and advocacy student group, Diversity & Inclusion office who helped us educate ourselves and others on campus and more – my friends and I had people we could count on.

  What type of services does your university offer? Or even what do you wish they offered? Could what’s being offered be expanded and if so, how? Just some food for thought.
