  Happy Monday Everyone,

  I hope this message finds you well. As we embark on a new year, we have an important update regarding our Communities of Practice (CoP). In 2024, each Community of Practice ( CoP) will be required to have at least one Community of Practice Leader.

  According to the CoP bylaws, each community is required to have a Community Leader to remain active. Community Leaders are very important. They serve as the primary point of contact for their respective communities, acting as liaisons between the central office and community members. Each community can have a maximum of two Community Leaders.

  Community Leaders play a vital role in sharing funding needs, resources, and assisting with community events, including regional and annual conferences, networking, and building relationships with other CoPs (Communities of Practice).

This presentation offers in-depth insights into the role and responsibilities of a Community Leader, along with an overview of the application process.
