    Hello everyone,?

Hope your summer is going great. I told myself that this would be the summer that I would bring our event planning process up to date because it’s the future now. I’m really interested to see if anyone has used a project management software with their programming board so the team can see the status of projects. Monday.com is one in particular that I have my eye on. Trello is also one that gets used a bit. Has anyone had success implementing this with their programming board? Also, do you have templates that have worked for your team??

I really think this would up our communication in all aspects of our planning, advertising, and implementation processes.?

Thanks in advance! Have a great one. Keep ROCKIN!?

    Hi James,

Here is a partial answer to your inquiry.

I’m a career PM and have used Smartsheet (schedule, reports, task assignments), Trello (kanban board only), and Click-up (task list + calendar). I am currently investigating Microsoft Planner BUT that tool does not provide a gantt.?
I prefer Smartsheet because of the lower cost, ease of use, combination of kanban board, gantt, calendar view, and easy to create reports. The tools I need are standard whereas with Trello (depending on the package purchased) additional views (calendar, gantt, timeline) require an upgrade.
For ACUI Central Office project management, the short list of tools we are reviewing: Smartsheet, Planner, and Asana (we have a staff member who uses this tool).?
Most, it not all, of these tools have built-in templates (another thing I like about Smartsheet) and dashboards (that require little effort to create.

    Best,
