When I reported it to ST, their response was, “We do not recommend using Social Tables on phones or tablets and they are not configured so that they can support the functionality of the software.”

No definitely just a social tables issue. All 7pointops does is open the ST link in a new browser tab, it doesn’t process any of the information. If I’m not mistaken, this also happens on our tablet so it’s super frustrating.

We don’t use 7 Points currently but we are having the same issue with Social Tables. Our crew came to me with this issue and stated they’ve been having this issue since around February. Is that around when the issues started for all of you? When the software was originally advertised, it noted being good for at the very least IOS devices. We’re trying to figure out our options.?

Has 7 Points made the issue a little more tolerable for you all??

We don’t use Social Tables for diagrams, but we attach diagrams to the reservation as .jpgs in EMS and they are easily viewable in 7 Point Ops on a phone or tablet. Not sure if this could be a work around to your Social Tables issues.

We don’t use either. We use AllSeated for our drawings and Trello for to do lists. We download the drawings as PDF and upload them as attachments into EMS. Works well for us.
