<p>We were in a very similar situation for well over a year. Our roadblocks were finding Audio/Media Technicians that would give up Gig Work to move into the university. So, we completely overhauled the position description. Overall, we lowered the required education level to High School Graduate with 1-year experience as a&hellip;</p>
