We have a much smaller scale of events between our buildings, but our Building Managers run the report for the next day as a closing task each night, which includes the setup details and notes for each reservation that day. Not sure if they would like it differently if your staff were the ones dropping it off, rather than PD coming to grab it (ours also would not want to do a weekly pick up!).?</p>

When we log lost and found we use a Google sheet, they either log it in the regular items tab or the police tab. If it gets logged in the police tab, they put it in our police lost and found drawer which is just a drawer in the office behind our info desk that locks. It&#8217;s also where we keep the building keys at night &#8211; we have&hellip;</p>

<p>We have had this issue too! We discovered you actually can confirm if an airpod matches to the case by checking the serial numbers (this has been game changing). We made a Google Doc sheet on how to do this, I have attached it here. We put these in our &#8220;police lost and found&#8221; and after a week we take it to the police department&hellip;</p>
