Hello Laura,
We have Tedex, on our campus. The started as a general RSO but transitioned to a department recognized student organization. The contact person is Mike Armintrout at Purdue, marmintr@purdue.edu. I think one of there concerns is ensuring they have someone to go to the Annual or Bi-Annual national conference.

Reply to Best Practices Regarding Gambling on Campus
We go by our state regulations that state there can only be games of skill not chance. We try to help organizations translate that for raffles. Such as they may pick some names but to actually win the prize they have to answer correctly.
