We just had Dr. Philip Saragoza on campus for a day-and-a-half training on WAVR-21:
The training was more focused on recognizing risk and potentially disruptive situations, but the company (Work Trauma Services) may have some resources on de-escalation training.
I would highly recommend the WAVR-21 training…
